We offer a 30‑day hassle‑free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
•     In the same condition you received them
•     Unused and unworn
•     In original packaging
•     With all accessories included
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Please note: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

•     Custom or personalized products
•     Gift cards

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
